The board of directors of the Fund (the "Board") would like to inform you that it has decided to amend the prospectus of the Fund (the "Prospectus").

  1. Investment Adviser for Auréus Investments – Equities Blue Chips (the "Sub-Fund")
    Financiële Diensten Amsterdam B.V. has been appointed Investment Adviser of the Sub-Fund as at 01-Aug-22. The Investment Advisory Fee of the Sub-Fund for Class A & Class B are as follow:

    • In case of total asset under management within the Sub-Fund below 100 million EUR, the Investment Advisory Fee is 0.275%.
    • In case of total asset under management within the Sub-Fund above 100 million EUR, the Investment Advisory Fee is 0.265%.

    The Investment Management Fee of the Sub-Fund has been reduced as follow:

Please note that as the Investment Manager reduced the fee it is entitled to in the same proportion as the new Investment Advisory Fee, there is no fee impact for the shareholder. These changes will be reflected in the Prospectus to be dated August 2022, a copy of which is available free of charge at the registered office of the Fund.
